An unoaked white wine from the Rueda Designation of Origin.
Grape variety: Verdejo
The grape bunches were destemmed immediately upon arrival at the winery's hoppers. A unique maceration process takes place over several hours before pressing and the start of alcoholic fermentation. This fermentation occurs slowly in stainless steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 17°C.
An excellent aperitif and pairs well with salads, vegetable stews, fresh and spreadable cheeses, fish, seafood, seafood rice dishes, and more.
