Selected and hand-picked, the grapes are transported in 18kg crates to avoid damaging the fruit and are pneumatically pressed slowly to prevent the seed from extracting oil. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for 15 days, followed by slow, steady maceration to extract firm, expressive tannins, followed by stabilization in the bottle.
Ideal for immediate consumption to enjoy the youthful notes. It will be stored for four years under ideal traditional cava conditions, keeping the bottle horizontally in a dark, cool place, free from odors, noise, and vibrations, at a cool temperature.
