Monkey Shoulder is a blended malt Scotch whisky made from a combination of three Speyside single malts: Glenfiddich, Balvenie, and Kininvie. It's known for its smoothness and versatility, making it suitable for both sipping neat and mixing in cocktails. The name "Monkey Shoulder" is a tribute to the maltmen who manually turned barley during the malting process, a physically demanding task that sometimes resulted in a temporary shoulder injury.
